MOUNTAINS-TO-SEA TRAIL 13M & 50K CHALLENGE

Where to be, and when. Built from 346 real finishes on this course, not from a pace formula. Pick the finish time you are crewing for.

Read the window, not the number. The bold time is the median of runners who finished in your target time. The range underneath is the middle half of them, so half of comparable runners arrived inside it and a quarter were earlier. Plan to be there for the early edge.

We do not say which checkpoints allow crew access, because we do not hold that and guessing would send you somewhere you are not allowed to be. Check the race's own rules.
