What We Collect

Ultraruntrack collects nothing by default. We measure traffic using server access logs, which record your IP address, timestamp, the page you requested, your referrer, and your browser type. That's it. No cookies. No accounts. No login. No analytics pixels. No ad trackers.

If you join the email list to be notified when a race is tracked, we store your email address. We use it only to send race notifications and updates. One click in any email unsubscribes you permanently.

Third Parties

The map display uses Esri tiles. The Social tab may embed posts from X (Twitter). Both have their own data policies, which apply when you load those resources.

How Long We Keep Data

Server logs are rotated weekly and deleted after 30 days. Email addresses stay in our list until you unsubscribe. If you ask us to remove your email, we delete it immediately and verify completion within 24 hours.

Your Rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, and to delete it.

If you are in the EU, these rights are guaranteed under GDPR. If you are in California, CCPA gives you the same protections. For any other jurisdiction, the same principles apply: your data is yours.

GDPR and CCPA

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making. We store it only as long as we need it. If you exercise your rights above, we comply within the legal timeline (45 days in most cases, sometimes 24 hours for email deletions we handle directly).
